对高炉长期稳定顺行及高产低耗的经验进行了总结,在原料方面,重视对焦炭的检查、筛分,最大限度减少焦粉入炉,对焦炭含水情况进行跟踪,为调剂炉况提供依据;认识到锌元素对高炉冶炼过程的危害,降低入炉锌负荷,杜绝了炉身黏结;下部调剂通过多年的探索,适当缩小进风面积并找到适合自身原料条件的进风面积;得益于多方面条件的改善,入炉风温适当提高,炉温[Si]按照 0.3%~0.5%来控制,铁水物理热保持在 1500℃以上;再加上布料制度的精准调剂,炉型相对稳定,高炉保持稳定高产低耗,2020 年至 2023 年上半年平均利用系数达到 2.55 t/(m3·d),居同类型高炉前列.
Operation of long-time stable and smooth in No.4 blast furnace of WISCO
This paper summarizes the experience of long-term stability and high output of blast furnace.It is believed that measures in terms of raw materials such as strengthening coke inspection and sieving,reducing coke powder entering the furnace,tracking the moisture content of coke to provide a basis for adjusting the furnace condition,preventing the adhesion of furnace body by reducing zinc load into the furnace after recognizing the harm,and ap-propriately reducing the the tuyere area through years of exploration,high-level use of air temperature and precise adjustment of the distribution system are the key.Thanks to the improvement of various conditions,silicon content in hot metal is controlled at 0.3%~0.5%,while the physical heat of molten iron remains above 1500℃.From 2020 to the first half of 2023,the furnace type is relatively stable and the average utilization coefficient has reached 2.55 t/(m3·d)in the front rank of the same type blast furnaces.
