方矩坯连铸机新增断面技术改造和应用实践

唐钢长材事业部 4#方矩坯连铸机 165 mm×280 mm断面铸坯在中型轧制 200 mm×200 mm×20 mm规格角钢时,因压缩比小,造成铸坯轧材开裂、缺肉缺陷,比率高达 80%,严重影响中型轧制成材率.为提高轧制成材率,提升铸坯质量,增加产品品种,通过中间包改造、结晶器总成及铜管结构优化、冷却系统改造等一系列措施对 4#方矩坯连铸机断面进行技术改造,新增 200 mm×280 mm断面.改造后通过生产应用实践,轧材缺陷比率显著降低,仅为2%,铸坯内外质量比例得到提高,取得了预期效果,满足了炼钢生产需求,实现了唐钢长材产品种类多样化.
Technical transformation and application practice of adding cross sections to square billet continuous casting machine
Section 165 mm×280 mm of square billet of 4#continuous casting machine in Tangshan Iron and Steel Long Products Division rolled in medium size with 200 mm×200 mm×20 mm angle,due to the low compression ratio,cracks and flesh defects can occur in the rolled billet,with a rate of up to 80%,seriously affecting the yield of medium sized rolling.In order to improve the rolling yield,improve the quality of billets,increase product varieties,a series of measures such as tundish transformation,mold assembly and copper tube structure optimization,cooling system transformation and continuous casting process were taken to carry out technical transformation on the section of the 4#continuous casting machine,with an additional 200 mm×280 mm cross-section.After the trans-formation,the production application practice showed that the defect ratio of rolled products was significantly re-duced by only 2%,and the proportion of internal and external quality of the casting billet was improved,achieving the expected results,meeting the needs of steelmaking production,and achieving the diversification of long product types at Tangshan Iron and Steel.
