热轧板 380CL表面横折纹缺陷影响下游客户的过程加工,导致下游工序成材率降低,影响最终产品的外观质量,用户常常对此提出质量抱怨,甚至造成质量异议.为解决此类表面质量缺陷,通过对热轧 380CL的成分、性能、组织、板形及热轧过程工艺的调查分析,找到了造成表面横折纹的关键原因,综合考虑工序成本,在不增加平整工序的情况下,通过调整热轧产品终轧温度、层冷上下冷却水水比,以及制定精轧机架间冷却水投入策略,减轻了成品热轧板卷C翘,缩小了热轧带钢上下表面的硬度差,消除了热轧板 380CL 开卷产生的横折纹缺陷,为解决热轧卷板开卷出现横折纹表面缺陷问题提供了新思路.
380 CL cross fold defect analysis and improvement
Hot rolled plate 380CL surface cross fold defects affect the process processing of downstream customers,resulting in lower production rate of downstream processes,affecting the appearance quality of the final product,users often complain about the quality,and even cause quality objections.In order to solve such surface quality de-fects,through the investigation and analysis of the composition,properties,structure,plate shape and hot rolling process of 380CL hot-rolled,the key causes of surface cross wrinkles were found.Taking the process cost into ac-count,the final rolling temperature of hot-rolled products and the ratio of upper and lower layer cooling water were adjusted without increasing the leveling process.Moreover,the strategy of cooling water input between the finishing mill is formulated to reduce the C-warping of the finished hot rolled sheet,reduce the hardness difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the hot rolled strip,and eliminate the cross fold defects caused by the un-coiling of the hot rolled plate 380CL,which provides a new idea to solve the cross fold surface defects in the hot rolled sheet.
