Design and application of automatic iron and steel analysis center in iron and steel enterprises
With the increasing demand for laboratory facilities in Modern iron and steel enterprise,the automatic rapid analysis system is increasingly being used for component analysis of samples in the production process.It mainly consists of the pneumatic sample delivery system,the sample processing system,the automatic analysis sys-tem,the sample transmission system,and the automated supporting system.It can achieve automatic transmission,preparation,analysis,sample archiving,and data transmission of iron samples,steel samples,slag samples and gas samples.In recent years,the iron and steel analysis center equipped with the automatic rapid analysis system has been widely used in iron and steel enterprise due to its many advantages,including shortening sample analysis time,improving sample analysis accuracy,realizing centralized setting of laboratory facilities and optimizing labor alloca-tion.This article mainly introduces the main tasks of Iron and Steel Analysis Center,the composition of laboratory,the layout of equipment,the general layout design,the design of public and auxiliary media,and the current devel-opment status and outlook.
