钢材洁净化技术相关中国专利分析与探讨

本文通过专利数据库检索了 2008年1月1日到2022年12月31日的钢材洁净化技术中国专利文献,以此为分析样本,采用定量分析方法,从申请量、申请人、发明人、法律状态等方面进行分析;而后分析了专利的技术领域、专利被引用情况;最后对重要相关专利做了详细介绍.结果表明:(1)近十几年来中国钢材洁净化专利申请量一直处于增长趋势;(2)专利申请主要集中在大型钢铁企业、冶金类高校及研究所;(3)钢中S、P、O、N、H的去除工艺技术不断提高但逐渐接近极限水平,针对不同品种和性能需要的钢中夹杂物的去除与控制技术发展迅速,洁净钢技术设备及装置的提升进一步促进了钢水的洁净化,洁净钢耐材的发展也促进钢材洁净化、耐侵蚀和长寿命.
Analysis and discussion on Chinese patents related to steel cleaning and purification technology
This article collected Chinese patent literature on steel cleaning and purification technology from January 1,2008 to December 31,2022 through patent database retrieval,and used it as an analysis sample.The quantitative a-nalysis method was used to analyze from the aspects of application volume,applicants,inventors,legal status,etc;Then,the technical field of the patent and the citation of the patent were analyzed;Finally,a detailed introduction was given to important related patents.The results show that:(1)In the past decade,the number of patent applica-tions for steel purification in China has been on the rise;(2)Patent applications are mainly concentrated in large steel enterprises,metallurgical universities,and research institutes;(3)The removal technology of S,P,O,N,and H in steel is constantly improving,but gradually approaching the limit level.The removal and control technolo-gy for inclusions in steel with different varieties and performance requirements is developing rapidly.The improve-ment of clean steel technology equipment and devices further promotes the clean purification of molten steel.The development of clean steel refractory materials also promotes clean steel,corrosion resistance,and long service life.
