连铸铸余渣资源化循环利用的实践

大部分钢厂的铸余渣综合利用率仅为10%左右,通常采用冷却-磁选分离部分金属料,剩下的尾渣只能做堆积或填埋处理.西昌钢钒的热态铸余渣采用部分回收到LF做精炼渣,部分返回提钒/炼钢炉使用,部分栅格回收热态分离用作炼钢转炉废钢.冷态的铸余渣尾渣用于制作钢水精炼剂和钢包覆盖剂,实现了铸余渣资源厂区内的自循环,综合资源利用率大幅提升.铸余渣的价值升值,实现节能降耗和低碳减排.
Practice on recycling and utilization of the residual slag from continuous casting
The comprehensive utilization rate of the casting residue in most steel mills is only 10%.The Xichang im-provement is part of the hot casting residual slag is recovered to LF for refining slag,part is returned to is returned to vanadium/steelmaking BOF,part is used to hot split blocks.The cooled residual tailings are used to make molten steel refiner,which realizes the self-circulation of the casting residue resource plant,and realizes the value apprecia-tion of the residual residual tailings,energy saving and low-carbon emission reduction.
