温度对平整液使用性能的影响研究

目前,冷轧平整液使用温度均高于常温,一般在45~50 ℃左右,为了响应国家双碳战略,节省能耗,研究接近常温状态下平整液对钢材产品性能和轧制过程影响十分必要.采用色差斑迹测定法、动摩擦系数测定法、动态表面张力测定法、中性盐雾测试法对不同温度条件下冷轧连续退火机组平整液的色差斑迹、润滑性、润湿性、耐蚀性等四个关键性能进行了分析.结果表明,在35 ℃、40 ℃、45 ℃的温度条件下,平整液的色差斑迹、润滑性、耐蚀性未见显著变化,润湿性虽然随温度的降低而略微降低,但总体影响相对较小.根据上述结果,现场端开展了实施,平整液温度由45 ℃降低为35 ℃,温度降低后,钢材产品的轧制力、延伸率、耐蚀性均为发生显著变化.工艺变更后起到了良好的绿色节能效果.
Research on the influence of temperature on the performance of lubricant
At present,the usage temperature of cold rolling leveling fluid is higher than room temperature,generally around 45 ℃ to 50 ℃.In response to the national dual carbon strategy and to save energy consumption,it is neces-sary to study the impact of leveling liquid near room temperature on the performance of steel products and rolling process.The color difference method,dynamic friction coefficient measurement method,dynamic surface tension method,and neutral salt spray test method were used to analyze the four key properties of the leveling fluid for cold rolling continuous annealing units under different temperature conditions,including color difference spots,lubrica-tion,wettability,and corrosion resistance.The results showed that under temperature conditions of 35 ℃,40 ℃,and 45 ℃,there was no change in the color difference,lubrication,and corrosion resistance of the leveling solution.The wettability decreased with the decrease of temperature.When the temperature decreased by 10 ℃,the wettabil-ity decreased by about 4.8%.Based on the above results,on-site implementation was carried out,and the tempera-ture of the leveling liquid was reduced from 45 ℃ to 35 ℃.There was no difference in the rolling force,elongation,and corrosion resistance of the product.The process change has achieved good green and energy-saving effects.
