摘要
汽车大梁钢在成型过程中易出现折弯开裂、焊接裂纹、辊压开裂等缺陷,导致大梁钢的利用率下降,企业经济效益降低.这引起了科研人员的关注,并对大梁钢成型开裂原因开展了大量的研究工作.本文从成分偏析、大尺度夹杂、组织异常、热轧工艺等角度,详细概述了汽车大梁钢成型开裂的因素,并分别提出了解决措施,最后展望了汽车大梁钢生产的前景.
Abstract
The defects such as bending cracking,welding cracking and rolling cracking are easy to appear in the form-ing process of automobile girder steel,which leads to the decrease of the utilization rate of girder steel and the de-crease of economic benefit of enterprises.This has attracted the attention of researchers,and a lot of research work has been carried out on the causes of molding cracking of automobile girder steel.In this paper,the factors of form-ing cracking of automobile girder steel are summarized in detail from the aspects of component segregation,large scale inclusion,abnormal structure and hot rolling process,and the solutions are put forward respectively.Finally,the production prospect of automobile girder steel is prospected.
