极薄IF钢的连续退火工艺研究

在连续退火模拟装置中进行极薄料的模拟退火处理,再通过硬度试验、拉伸试验和金相组织观察,研究不同成分体系 IF钢的再结晶温度差异,以及在不同退火温度下的性能变化规律.结果表明,同样压缩比条件下,Mn IF钢先于PIF钢开始再结晶,但两者再结晶的过程及速率基本一致;Mn IF钢 700℃时完成再结晶,P IF钢 720℃时完成再结晶;两种 IF钢完全再结晶后达到的力学性能相当,实际生产时可根据生产组织需要选择合适的成分设计.
Research on continuous annealing process of extremely thin IF steel
Simulate annealing treatment of extremely thin materials in a continuous annealing simulation device,and then study the differences in recrystallization temperature and performance changes of IF steel with different compo-sition systems at different annealing temperatures through hardness testing,tensile testing,and metallographic ob-servation.The results show that under the same compression ratio conditions,Mn IF steel begins to recrystallize be-fore P IF steel,but the recrystallization process and rate of the two are basically the same;Recrystallization is com-pleted at 700℃for Mn IF steel,and at 720℃for P IF steel;The mechanical properties achieved by complete re-crystallization of two types of IF steel are equivalent,and suitable composition designs can be selected according to the needs of the production organization during actual production.
