摘要

通过五氧化二钒直热式回转窑法中试试验,研究钒氮合金回收料添加比例、温度、停留时间等工艺参数与钒氮合金产品质量的关系,结果表明,钒氮合金回收料最大添加比例 5%、焙烧温度 1450~1600℃、停留时间 18~22h,能制备出性能较优的 VN16.

Abstract

Through the pilot scale experimen of vanadium pentoxide with direct heating rotary kiln method,the rela-tionship between process parameters such as the addition ratio,temperature,and residence time of vanadium nitro-gen alloy recovery material and the quality of vanadium nitrogen alloy products was studied.The results showed that the maximum addition ratio of vanadium nitrogen alloy recovery material was 5%,the roasting temperature was 1450~1600℃,and the residence time was 18~22 hours,which can prepare better performance VN16.
