Pneumatic conveying technology for balanced scheduling of coal powder in the Chongqing Iron and Steel pulverizing system
Pneumatic conveying technology,as an efficient and environmentally friendly material conveying method,has been widely used in many fields.This article mainly combines the problems existing in the scheduling of coal powder between various pulverization systems at Chongqing Iron and Steel Corporation.By comparing the advanta-ges of pneumatic conveying and targeting the current process status,a scheme of pneumatic conveying coal powder is proposed to achieve balanced scheduling of coal powder between various pulverization systems.This article elabo-rates on the key technologies,implementation methods,and effects of implementing a balanced scheduling of coal powder among various coal powder silos through pneumatic conveying of coal powder.Verified the advantages of pneumatic conveying technology in improving coal powder conveying efficiency and reducing environmental pollution.The pneumatic conveying process has broad application prospects and important research value.The im-plementation of this plan provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for further optimizing the pneumatic con-veying process.
