摘要

窑渣是烧结、炼铁、炼钢除尘灰搭配焦粉以及一些熔剂在回转窑经过烧结、提锌后的产物.窑渣具备同时含有单质铁和氧化铁的特点,其属性介于废钢与烧结矿之间.因其铁含量高、价格低廉、熔速快,可作为替代废钢的一种冷却剂,也可作为替代烧结矿的一种化渣剂,不仅可降低生产成本,还可改善吹炼过程的稳定性与脱磷效果.试验表明,窑渣的冷却效应约为废钢的 1.5 倍;采用窑渣替代部分废钢、烧结矿后,脱磷率提高 2.9%,渣钢磷分配比提高 9.3;吨钢加 1kg窑渣平均可回收 0.4kg钢水,但同时增硫 0.00052%,综合成本降低 0.51 元/t.

Abstract

Kiln slag is the product obtained by sintering,ironmaking,steelmaking dust removal,coke powder,and flux in a rotary kiln,followed by zinc extraction.Kiln slag has the characteristic of containing both elemental iron and iron oxide,and its properties are between that of scrap steel and sintered ore.Due to its high iron content,low price,and fast melting rate,it can be used as a coolant to replace scrap steel and as a slag remover to replace sin-tered ore.It can not only reduce production costs,but also improve the stability and dephosphorization effect of the blowing process.The experiment shows that the cooling effect of kiln slag is about 1.5 times that of scrap steel;Af-ter replacing some scrap steel and sintered ore with kiln slag,the dephosphorization rate increased by 2.9%,and the phosphorus distribution ratio between slag and steel increased by 9.3;An average of 0.4 kg of molten steel can be recovered by adding 1 kg of kiln slag per ton of steel,but at the same time,the sulfur content increases by 0.00052%,and the comprehensive cost is reduced by 0.51 yuan/t.
