创业孵化器盈利模式研究——以创新工场孵化器为例

摘要
创业孵化器作为孵育企业的重要载体,是创业企业联合内外部资源的桥梁,兼具支持科技创新和商业培育的双重功能.本文以创新工场孵化器为例,从利润点、利润源、利润对象、利润杠杆以及利润屏障五个要素入手,详细探讨其"全方位孵化+风险投资"的盈利模式,并通过财务指标评估其盈利能力.分析发现,创新工场孵化器采用的盈利模式在建立孵化生态系统、提供高附加值服务和通过技术手段构建协同开放环境等方面起到了不可或缺的作用,可为其他创业孵化器转型升级、优化盈利模式提供一些启示.
Abstract
As an important carrier for incubating enterprises,the business incubator is a bridge for start-ups to unite internal and external resources,and has the dual functions of supporting scientific and technological innovation and business cultivation.Taking Innovation Works Incubator as an example,this paper discusses in detail its profit mod-el of"all-round incubation &venture capital"from the five elements of profit point,profit source,profit object,profit leverage and profit barrier,and evaluates its profitability through financial indicators.The analysis finds that the profit model adopted by Innovation Works Incubator plays an indispensable role in establishing an incubation e-cosystem,providing high value-added services and building a collaborative and open environment through technical means,which can provide some inspiration for the transformation and upgrading of other business incubators and the optimization of profit models.
