摘要
随着中国经济进入高质量发展阶段,创新已经成为了保证经济平稳增长的关键抓手.同时,资源要素是人类活动的基础条件,在产业专业化集聚和城市创新中起到重要作用.基于此,本文选取2006～2019年中部省份80个地级市十四年的数据,旨在研究产业专业化集聚和中部地区城市创新水平之间的关系,揭示产业专业化集聚对中部地区城市创新水平的影响渠道和机制,探讨要素配置扭曲和科技人才集聚在产业专业化集聚对中部地区城市创新水平产生影响的作用机制,形成对产业专业化集聚和城市创新水平的新认识.
Abstract
As the Chinese economy enters a stage of high-quality development,innovation has become a key lever to ensure stable economic growth.Meanwhile,resource elements are the fundamental conditions for human activities and play an important role in industrial specialization and urban innovation.Based on this,this article selects 14 years of data from 80 prefecture level cities in central provinces from 2006 to 2019 from the perspective of distorted factor allocation,aims to study the relationship between industrial specialization agglomeration and the innovation level of cities in the central region,reveal the channels and mechanisms of the impact of industrial specialization ag-glomeration on the innovation level of cities in the central region,explore the mechanisms of factor allocation distor-tion and technology talent agglomeration on the impact of industrial specialization agglomeration on the innovation level of cities in the central region,and form a new understanding of industrial specialization agglomeration and ur-ban innovation level.
