热轧U型冷却对带钢组织性能影响研究

410LA是用途广泛的汽车结构件,马钢在生产410LA初期出现头中尾性能差异大的现象,钢卷沿长度方向力学性能分布不均,头部、尾部的强度偏差较大,中间强度相对稳定.通分研究分析发现头部、中间、尾部位错强化、细晶强化以及析出强化效果不同,导致了钢卷不同部位的强化差别较大.本文通过热轧U型卷取工艺的开发投用,对带钢卷取温度进行差异化控制.试验结果表明热轧带钢头尾50米卷取温度进行50~100 ℃的补偿,降低了头中尾性能差异,能够显著提高钢卷性能的均匀性,屈服强度波动值由120 MPa降至40 MPa,抗拉强度波动值由70 MPa降至20 MPa.采用热轧U型冷却工艺还解决410LA因头、尾强度波动太大导致的酸轧厚度波动大、头尾板形不良等问题,提高冷轧工序生产和使用过程的稳定性.
Research on the effect of U-shaped cooling in hot rolling on the structure and properties of strip steel
410LA is a widely used automotive structural component.During the initial production of 410LA,there was a significant difference in performance between the head,middle,and tail.The mechanical properties of the steel coil were unevenly distributed along the length direction,and there was a large deviation in strength between the head and tail.The intermediate strength was relatively stable.Through comprehensive research and analysis,it was found that the different effects of dislocation strengthening,fine-grained strengthening,and precipitation strengthening at the head,middle,and tail have led to significant differences in strengthening at different parts of the steel coil.This article focuses on the development and application of the hot rolled U-shaped coiling process to a-chieve differentiated control of the coiling temperature of strip steel.The experimental results show that the com-pensation of 50~100 ℃ for the temperature of the 50 meter coil at the head and tail of the hot-rolled strip reduces the performance difference between the head,middle,and tail,and significantly improves the uniformity of the steel coil performance.The yield strength fluctuation value is reduced from 120 MPa to 30 MPa,and the tensile strength fluctuation value is reduced from 70 MPa to 20 MPa.The use of hot-rolled U-shaped cooling technology also solves the problems of large fluctuations in acid rolling thickness and poor head and tail plate shape caused by large fluctua-tions in the strength of the head and tail of 410LA,improving the stability of the cold rolling process production and use.
