Q195热轧带钢工艺优化对钢中夹杂物的影响

Q195钢材是天津市新天钢联合特钢有限公司热轧规格≤5 mm的带钢产品.Q195带钢冶炼采取直上工艺(转炉冶炼后不经过LF炉精炼),在连铸浇铸过程中存在可浇性较差及夹杂物过多的问题.通过分析原因及必要的工艺改进,采用铝块和硅铝钙复合脱氧的冶炼工艺,选取的试样中,30 mm2单位面积上,新工艺钢中的平均夹杂物总量比原工艺钢中的减少了 68.4%,新工艺的氧化物夹杂平均值比原工艺的减少70.5%;直径<3 µm、3~5μm、5~7 μm和>7μm的夹杂数量,新工艺的分别比原工艺的减少了 58.3%、85.4%、64.1%和98.7%,新工艺显著降低了钢中的夹杂物数量和尺寸,提高了钢水的可浇性及钢水的纯净度.
Effect of process optimization of Q195 hot rolled strip on inclusions in steel
Q195 steel is a hot rolled strip product with a specification of≤5 mm produced by Tianjin Xintian Steel U-nited Special Steel Co.,Ltd.Q195 strip steel is smelted by straight up process(without LF furnace refining after converter smelting),which has the problems of poor castability and excessive inclusions during continuous casting.Through process improvement,the smelting process of aluminum block and silicon aluminum calcium compound deoxidation is adopted.On an area of 30 mm2,the average total amount of inclusions in the new process decreased by 68.4%compared to the original process,and the average amount of oxide inclusions in the new process decreased by 70.5%compared to the original process,.The percentage of inclusions with diameters less than 3 µm,3~5 μm,5~7 μm,and 7 μm in the total number of inclusions in the new process steel is reduced by 58.3%,85.4%,64.1%,and 98.7%,respectively,compared to the original process steel.The new process significantly reduces the number and size of inclusions in steel,improves the castability and purity of molten steel.which reduces the inclusions in steel,improves the castability of molten steel and the purity of molten steel.
