The engineering application of high-temperature flue gas purification treatment device at kiln tail during spodumene calcination process
During the transformation of power pyrite roasting,the characteristics of kiln tail gas are:high tempera-ture,valuable dust,nitrogen oxides,sulfur dioxide and other polluting gases.Taking an annual output of 60,000 tons of lithium carbonate project of a enterprise in Sichuan as an example,Studying the engineering application of valuable dust,heat recovery and flue gas purification treatment in high-temperature tail gas during the transformation of the roasting kiln.The comprehensive treatment process of using metal film dust collector to recover valuable dust,SCR denitrification,and the recover of flue gas heat,limestone gypsum desulfurization,has achieved good treatment results.The metal film dust collector recovers about 9,000 tons of dust per year,bringing direct economic benefits of about 2,700,000 yuan.The heat recovery of high-temperature flue gas saves 219,600 Nm3per year of natural gas consumption for enterprise,saving costs of about 8,784,000 yuan per year.The emission index of nitrogen oxides is less than 80 mg/Nm3,and the emission index of sulfur dioxide is less than 50 mg/Nm3,meeting the environmental protection emission requirements.This process not only achieves the purification of pollu-tants such as nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide in flue gas,but also recovers valuable dust and flue gas heat,achie-ving maximum economic benefits for enterprises and providing relevant reference basis for the same industry.
