通过对A高炉炉缸活性不足条件下的两次布料矩阵转换探索,经过技术攻关,结合布料落点计算分析以及全铸铁冷却壁操作炉型的制度、参数匹配性摸索,得到了合理的布料矩阵,优化了两道煤气流分布,实现了低风温冶炼条件下的高产低耗生产.
Exploration of burden distribution matrix transformation in Ma Steel ABF under low blast temperature conditions
By exploring the transformation of the two burden distribution matrices under the condition of insufficient activity in the hearth of ABF,and through technical breakthroughs,combined with the calculation and analysis of distribution points,as well as the exploration of the system and parameter matching of the all cast iron cooling wall operation furnace type,a reasonable distribution matrix was obtained,and the distribution of the two coal gas flows was optimized,achieving high production and low consumption under low wind temperature smelting conditions.
