连续酸洗生产线65Mn钢激光焊接技术研究

本文介绍了连续酸洗生产线固体激光焊机的工艺装备及特点,并对65Mn钢的焊接性能做了深入研究.采用10 kW固体激光器将65Mn钢与SPHC钢对接焊接,对不同的焊接工艺及热处理方案进行试验研究.通过杯凸试验评估了不同热处理工艺下焊接接头的塑性变形能力;通过金相显微镜对焊缝及热影响区进行物相分析;通过显微硬度计对焊缝及热影响区进行硬度测试,并重点讨论了焊缝及热影响区显微组织与其塑性变形能力的关系.得出不同焊接工艺及热处理方案对焊接质量产生的影响,为实现65Mn钢的连续式酸洗生产提供有益参考.
Study on laser welding technology of 65Mn steel in continuous pickling production line
In this paper,the process equipment and characteristics of solid laser welding machine in continuous pick-ling production line are introduced,and the welding performance of 65Mn steel is deeply studied.65Mn steel and SPHC steel were butt welded by 10 kW solid-state laser,and different welding processes and heat treatment schemes were studied.The plastic deformation capacity of welded joints under different heat treatment processes was evaluated by cup bulge test.The weld and heat affected zone were analyzed by metallographic microscope.The hardness of weld and heat affected zone(HAZ)was tested by microhardness tester,and the relationship between the microstructure of weld and heat affected zone and their plastic deformation ability was discussed.The influence of different welding processes and heat treatment schemes on welding quality is obtained,which provides a useful reference for continuous pickling production of 65Mn steel.
