高强度汽车零部件加工开裂原因分析

随着汽车轻量化的需求,汽车零部件在强度提升的过程中对综合性能也提出了要求;汽车大梁钢在冷弯成型的过程中因夹杂物、应力集中、晶粒粗大等原因都会造成开裂.本文就汽车零部件在冷弯成型过程中出现的开裂问题,对钢板的显微组织和力学性能进行综合分析,结合现场的生产工艺分析出汽车大梁钢在冷成型过程中产生开裂的原因,优化生产工艺,避免开裂产生.结果表明,产生开裂的原因主要是剪切过程中产生的毛刺,其次和模具的圆角半径有关;通过工艺优化最终解决汽车零部件钢板冲压开裂的问题.
Cause analysis of machining cracking of high strength automobile parts
With the demand of lightweight automobile,the comprehensive performance of automobile parts is required in the process of strength improvement During the cold bending process of automobile beam steel,the steel will crack because of inclusion,stress concentration and coarse grain.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel plate is made on the cracking problem of the automobile parts during the cold bending process,according to the production process on the spot,the reason of the automobile beam steel cracking in the cold forming process is analyzed,and the production process is optimized to avoid the cracking.The results show that the main cause of the cracking is the burr in the process of shearing,and the second is the ra-dius of the round corner of the die.
