Study on the influence of AI on employment matching of urban workforce
With the increasingly prominent role of artificial intelligence in various aspects,this paper will take the current development level of artificial intelligence as the research object to analyze the influence of artificial intelli-gence in the employment matching of urban labor force through the urban panel data.The results of this paper show that:(1)artificial intelligence has an obvious role in promoting the employment matching of urban labor force.Adding the control variables in turn,the results are still significant,and on the basis of effective control of endoge-nous and robustness,the results are still robust.(2)From the perspective of skill heterogeneity,the promotion effect of artificial intelligence on the employment matching of urban labor force is more obvious in the first type of high-skilled occupations and the third type of low-skilled occupations,while the promotion effect of the second type of skilled occupations is not obvious.Based on this,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put for-ward.
