四川省含钒钛渣钢、渣铁原料电弧炉冶炼能耗限额研究

攀西钒钛磁铁矿资源是国家战略资源,四川省委省政府在攀西钒钛磁铁矿资源综合利用方面进行了系列部署.通过电弧炉将冶炼产生的渣钢、渣铁中残存的钒、钛、铁等金属提炼出来再利用,可加强固体废物综合利用、促进循环经济发展、有效落实《四川省碳达峰实施方案》.但由于含钒钛渣钢、渣铁原料成分复杂、冶炼预处理及加工工序较多,存在冶炼周期长、调质难度大、能源消耗高等现实情况.本文通过文献研究、实地调研、数据收集整理,提出关于明确产业能耗限额及加强能耗管理的建议,以推动该产业标准体系的建立完善,引导企业提高工艺技术水平,推动行业高质量发展.
Research onenergy consumption limits for electric arc furnace smelting of vanadium titanium slag steel and slag iron raw materials in Sichuan province
The Panxi vanadium titanium magnetite resource is a national strategic resource,and the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Government have made a series of deployments in the comprehensive utilization of Panxi vanadium titanium magnetite resources.Extracting and reusing residual metals such as vanadium,titanium,and iron from slag steel and slag iron produced by electric arc furnace can strengthen the comprehensive utilization of solid waste,promote the development of circular economy,and effectively implement the Sichuan Province Carbon Peak Implementation Plan.However,due to the complex composition of vanadium titanium slag steel,slag iron raw materials,multiple smelting pretreatment and processing procedures,there are practical situations such as long smelting cycles,difficult quenching and tempering,and high energy consumption.This article proposes suggestions on clarifying industry energy consumption limits and strengthening energy consumption management through litera-ture research,field research,and data collection and organization,in order to promote the establishment and im-provement of the industry standard system,guide enterprises to improve their technological level,and promote high-quality development of the industry.
