摘要
基于中俄远东线天然气管道用X80钢级热轧卷板用钢进行了产品开发及批量生产,介绍15.3 mm规格耐低温X80M热轧卷板的成分工艺设计、钢的力学性能、低温韧性及显微组织.结果表明,通过合理的成分设计及稳定的生产工艺控制,唐钢公司为中俄远东线天然气管道工程开发生产的15.3 mm厚热轧卷板性能稳定,组织细小均匀,且具有优良的耐低温韧性及焊接性能,满足管道工程标准要求,能够保障天然气管道在该低温地区的运行安全性.
Abstract
Based on the development and mass production of X80 grade hot-rolled coil steel for natural gas pipelines between China and Russia,this paper introduces the composition process design,mechanical properties,low-tem-perature toughness,and microstructure of 15.3 mm specification low-temperature resistant X80M hot-rolled coil steel.The results show that through reasonable composition design and stable production process control,the 15.3 mm thick hot-rolled coil plate developed and produced by Tangshan Iron and Steel Company for the China Russia East Line natural gas pipeline project has stable performance,fine and uniform structure,and good low-temperature toughness,meeting the requirements of pipeline engineering standards and ensuring the safe operation of natural gas pipelines in this low-temperature area.
