冷轧压下率对链条钢组织和性能的影响

在冷轧试验机上研究了不同冷轧压下率对链条钢组织和性能的影响.利用DMIRM光学电子显微镜、SIGMA300场发射扫描电子显微镜、微机控制电子拉力试验机CMT5305和HR-150A洛氏硬度试验机等分析了试验钢的组织和性能.试验结果表明:冷轧会产生加工硬化效果,提升表面硬度,随着冷轧压下率的增加,试验钢组织不断细化,有利于增加试验钢强度和硬度,但其延伸率会有所降低.
Effect of cold rolling reduction on microstructure and properties of chain steel
The effect of cold rolling reduction on microstructure and properties of chain steel was studied on a cold rolling test machine.The microstructure and properties of the tested steel were analyzed by DMIRM optical electron microscopy,SIGMA300 field emission scanning electron microscopy,CMT5305 computer-controlled electronic ten-sile testing machine and HR-150A Rockwell hardness tester.The results show that cold rolling can produce work hardening effect and improve surface hardness.With the increase of cold rolling reduction,the microstructure of the test steel is refined,which is beneficial to the increase of strength and hardness,but the elongation will be reduced.
