生白云石用作转炉炼钢压渣剂的生产实践

为解决现有技术中,转炉吹炼终点炉渣泡沫化程度严重,进而影响炼钢设备和作业人员安全,转炉钢铁料消耗增加以及冶炼周期延长等技术问题,利用生白云石用作压渣剂吸热分解,反应生成大量CO2气体,增加了钢中气体形核中心,降低了 CO气泡的形成压力,在氮气吹扫辅助搅拌作用下,有利于渣中CO气体在短时间内排出,达到快速消泡的目的.另外,白云石遇热分解后生成的CaO和MgO为高熔点物质,降低了炉渣温度,提高了炉渣的碱度、黏度和熔点,有利于改善脱磷条件和溅渣效果,降低了炉衬侵蚀速度.与未使用白云石压渣消泡工艺相比,转炉倒炉时间缩短36.67%,溅渣时间缩短60 s,耳轴、炉底部位炉衬侵蚀速度降低0.11 mm/炉左右,为转炉实现高效率冶炼生产提供保障.
Production practice of dolomite used as slag-pressing agent in converter steelmaking
In order to solve the technical problems in the existing technology,such as the serious degree of slag foa-ming at the end point of converter blowing,which affects the safety of steelmaking equipment and operators,the in-crease of converter steel consumption and the extension of smelting cycle,raw dolomite is used as slag pressing a-gent for endothermic decomposition,and a large amount of CO2 gas is generated by reaction,which increases the gas nucleation center in steel and reduces the formation pressure of CO bubbles.Under the auxiliary stirring of ni-trogen purging,it is beneficial to the discharge of CO gas in slag in a short time,so as to achieve the purpose of rapid defoaming.In addition,CaO and MgO produced by thermal decomposition of dolomite are high melting point substances,which reduce the temperature of slag,improve the basicity,viscosity and melting point of slag,im-prove the dephosphorization condition and slag splashing effect,and reduce the erosion rate of furnace lining.Com-pared with the non-dolomite slag defoaming method,the converter pour time is shortened by 36.67%,the slag splashing time is shortened by 60 s,and the erosion rate of the furnace lining at the trunnion and bottom is reduced by about 0.11 mm/furnace,which provides a guarantee for the high-efficiency smelting production of the convert-er.
