摘要

优质铜精矿资源日益紧张,促使铜冶炼企业逐步提高含砷等杂质的复杂原料的使用比例,而冶炼过程中含砷物料的资源化与无害化处置成为亟需解决的问题.火法、湿法、综合法是含砷物料处置主要技术途径,其中湿法处置的主要以含砷的硫化砷渣形式产出,特点为水份含量高、堆存库容大、利用率低.本文以硫化砷渣作为研究对象,研究在不同液固比、温度、压力等条件下矿化情况,实现硫化砷渣降水份、减库容,并进行工业思路设计,提高其利用率.

Abstract

When High-quality copper concentrate resources are increasingly tight,copper smelting enterprises gradu-ally increase the proportion of raw materials containing arsenic and other impurities,and the resource recovery and harmless disposal of arsenic-containing materials in the smelting process has become an urgent problem to be solved.Fire method,wet method and comprehensive method are the main technical methods for the disposal of arsenic-con-taining materials.Among them,the wet disposal is mainly produced in the form of arsenic-containing arsenic sulfide residue,which is characterized by high water content,large storage capacity and low utilization rate.In this paper,arsenic sulfide residue is taken as the research object to study the mineralization under different liquid-solid ratio,temperature and pressure,so as to realize the precipitation and storage capacity,and carry out industrial idea design to improve its utilization rate.
