"Leveraging"Embedding and"Doing"to Replenish Energy:the Influence of Community Environmental Cues on the Community Building of Urban Grassroots Governance among Younger Older People
Based on the theory of cue utilization,a framework for analyzing the cues of community system culture facilities participation environment is constructed.The Ologit-ISM model is used to empirically analyze the impact path of community environmental cues on the participation of young and elderly people in the construction of urban grassroots governance communities and to explore the logical hierarchical relationship between various significant influencing factors.Research shows that nearly 69%of young and elderly people are willing to participate in the construction of urban grassroots governance communities,and the willingness of male young and elderly people to participate is significantly higher than that of female young and elderly people;Community institutional environment cues,community cultural environment cues,community facility environment cues,and community participation environment cues are the main factors that affect the participation of young and elderly people in the construction of urban grassroots governance communities.Age,education level,management transparency,and elderly education and training are deep-seated factors,and through the first and middle layer factors such as health status,community service platforms,community facility activity layout,residents'autonomy,and participation channels,This leads to secondary intermediate factors such as participation effectiveness,community awareness,and the number of children,forming a chain like intermediary effect,which in turn affects surface factors such as community structure,participation content,community culture,and incentive mechanisms,ultimately affecting the participation of young and elderly people in the construction of urban basic governance communities.
