Reflections on the High-Quality Development of Nursing Institutions in the Context of Digital Intelligence Transformation——Based on GT Senior Living Group's Practical Experience
With the rapid development of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelli-gence,big data analytics,and machine learning,the pace of digital transformation in all indus-tries in China is accelerating.It is widely believed in society that this digital transformation will have a profound and lasting impact on the development of senior care institutions.This paper proposes that the digital transformation of senior care institutions will play an important role in addressing the challenges posed by demographic imbalance,promoting a high level of standardi-zation of the quality of senior care services,and enhancing the sense of well-being of the elderly population.However,this process also faces many challenges in terms of technology,ethics and policy.On this basis,this paper analyzes the possible paths of digital transformation of senior care institutions,combines GT Group' s practical experience,and puts forward policy recommendations in terms of strengthening technological research and development,optimizing ethical management,and accelerating institutional innovation.
