Risk Analysis of Returning to Family Poverty Based on the Formation Mechanism of Poverty Vulnerability
Family poverty vulnerability is an important perspective for measuring the risk of family returning to poverty.Based on the understanding of the formation mechanism of family poverty vulnerability, the evaluation index system of family poverty vulnerability is constructed.Using data from sources such as the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),the comprehensive integration algorithm of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AGA-FAHP)based on accelerated genetic algorithm and set pair analysis(SPA)contact number is used to measure the vulnerability of family poverty and estimate the risk of returning to poverty. The results show that provincial economic levels, household differences, and income-expenditure structures are key factors affecting the differences in the risk of households falling back into poverty. Finally, policy recommendations are proposed to reduce the vulnerability of family poverty and eliminate the risk of returning to poverty.
