本文以雅康高速前碉3号隧道过断层破碎带为工程背景,通过现场勘测,分析了围岩的变形特征,采用数值软件建立了三维模型,分析了初期支护不同支护参数对隧道围岩变形的影响,确定了合理的支护参数.采用优化的支护方案后,拱顶最大下沉量达为154.3mm,上、中、下台阶收敛量分别达到112.8mm、144.5mm、79.8mm,隧道围岩变形得到了有效控制.该研究成果为类似工程的变形控制和支护方案优化提供参考.
This paper takes Yakang high-speed Qiantuai No.3 tunnel over the fault fragmentation zone as the engineering background,analyses the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock through on-site investigation,establishes a three-dimensional model using numerical software,analyses the influence of different support parameters of the initial support on the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,and determines the reasonable support parameters.After adopting the optimised support scheme,the maximum subsidence of the vault reaches 154.3mm,and the convergence of the upper,middle and lower steps reaches 112.8mm,144.5mm and 79.8mm,respectively,and the deformation of the tunnel surrounding rock is effectively controlled.The research results provide reference for the deformation control and support scheme optimisation of similar projects.
