Optimization Paths for Management of Construction Projects in Enterprises——Taking the General Engineering Contracting for a Real Estate Development Project as An Example
In order to strengthen enterprise management,standardize engineering construction projects,improve the engineering construction quality and efficiency,and maximize the economic benefits of engineering projects,this article summarizes the connotation,extension,relevant policies and advantages of general engineering contracting.By taking the general engineering contracting for a real estate development project as an example,it also analyzes the problems in general engineering contracting,and puts forward measures and paths for optimizing the management of construction projects in enterprises under the general engineering contracting model,thereby achieving the goal of strengthening enterprise management and enhancing the operating efficiency of enterprises.
