通过对8kA稀土电解炉结构进行细致分析,本文探讨了原有砌筑工艺存在的缺陷和不足及其所导致的电解炉失效形式,并提出了相应的改进措施.通过实际工业生产实验验证,改进后的砌筑工艺能够有效地降低外部炉壳温度,同时延长电解炉使用寿命,提高单台电解炉的产能和优质率,并减少电耗.
Optimization and Application of Masonry Process for 8kA Rare Earth Electrolyzer
Based on the detailed analysis of 8kA rare earth electrolytic furnace structure,this paper discusses the de-fects and deficiencies of the original masonry process and the failure forms of the electrolytic furnace,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.Through the actual industrial production experiment,the improved masonry technology can effectively reduce the temperature of the external furnace shell,prolong the service life of the electro-lytic furnace,improve the production capacity and quality rate of a single electrolytic furnace,and reduce the power consumption.
