摘要

对江西某钠长石化花岗岩型钽铌矿进行磁场强度、磨矿细度、粗精矿精选及非金属矿综合回收试验研究.结果表明,通过磁选工艺流程可得到对原矿产率为0.039%,Ta2O5品位为14.39%、Nb2O5品位为35.48%,对原矿产率为7.88%、Li2O品位2.25%、Rb2O品位0.72%,石英—长石精矿产率为78.09%,此为后续矿山生产或同类型钽铌矿石选矿工艺的选择提供了参考.

Abstract

The experimental study on magnetic field intensity,grinding fineness,rough concentrate cleaning and com-prehensive recovery of non-metallic minerals was conducted on a sodium-albitization granite-type tantalum-niobium ore in Jiangxi Province.The results showed that through the magnetic separation process,the original mineral yield was 0.039%,Ta2O5 grade was 14.39%,Nb2O5 grade was 35.48%,and the original mineral yield was 7.88%,Li2O grade was 2.25%,Rb2O grade was 0.72%.The yield of quartz feldspar concentrate was 78.09%,This provides a reference for the selection of subsequent mining production or similar tantalum niobium ore beneficiation processes.
