摘要

采用石墨消解方法处理养殖池塘底质样品,探讨样品前处理和仪器工作的最佳条件;采用原子荧光光谱法同时测定养殖池塘底质中的砷和汞.通过平行样测定和加标回收试验检验精密度和准确度.结果表明,2份样品中,砷和汞的相对标准偏差分别为3.580%、3.390%和 7.890%、8.410%;加标回收率分别为 90.9%~106.3%和 88.7%~109.7%.指出,该方法检出限、准确度、精密度和回收率均满足试验要求;优化改进后的方法能更加高效、准确地大批量同时测定养殖池塘底质中的砷、汞.

Abstract

The samples of aquaculture ponds sediments were treated by graphite digestion,then find the op-timal conditions for treating and analyzing samples.The simultaneous determination of As and Hg in aquaculture ponds sediments by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied.The accuracy and precision of the method was confirmed by parallel determination and standard additions.The relative standard deviation of As and Hg was 3.580%,3.390%and 7.780%,8.410%respectively.The standard addition recovery rate was 90.9%~106.3%and 88.7%~109.7%respectively.The results proved this method is suit to the simultaneous determination of As and Hg in large-scale aquaculture ponds sediments.
