高上林教授基于"脾胃和法"辨治消渴学术思想探析

摘要
高上林教授是国家级名老中医,对消渴病的临证治疗经验十分丰富.本文从"脾胃和法"思想出发,总结高上林教授从脾胃论治消渴病的学术思想.根据临床经验,高教授认为先天禀赋不足、饮食无度、情志失调和劳欲过度而致脾胃失和是消渴的病机关键,故以"和"立法,以"脾胃和法"为核心的基础法则辨治消渴:气机清升浊降、升降有序谓之升降和;补气益阴、理气和中谓之气阴和;滋阴温阳、阴平阳秘谓之阴阳和;治脾疏肝、气血同补谓之脏腑和,即升降同治、气血同养、阴阳相和、五脏同调,临床上取得了较好治疗效果,为消渴病的中医诊疗提出了一条崭新的思路.
Abstract
Professor Gao Shanglin is a national famous old Chinese medicine practitioner,with sufficient experience in the clinical treatment of thirst disease,starting from the idea of"spleen,stomach and law",summarizing Professor Gao Shanglin's academic thought on the treatment of thirst from the spleen and stomach.According to clinical experience,Professor Gao believed that the spleen and stomach disharmony caused by congenital deficiency of endowment,excessive diet,emotional disorder and ex-cessive desire to work is the key pathogenesis of quenching thirst.Therefore,the"harmony"legislation and the basic law with the"spleen and stomach He method"as the core were used to discuss the treatment of quenching thirst.Replenishing qi and Yiyin,regulating qi and called Qi Yin and he;Nourishing Yin and warming Yang,Yin Pingyang secret called Yin and Yang;Treating the spleen and soothing the liver,Qi and blood complement the Zang-fu organs.And It has achieved good therapeutic effect in clinic and put forward a new idea for TCM diagnosis and treatment of thirst disease.
