摘要
带状疱疹后神经痛发病率高,疗效差,是带状疱疹最常见、也是最难治的并发症.针刺经络首尾穴作为治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的主要手段之一,其以中医思维为基础,将经络辨证、循经取穴、根结标本理论相结合,临证时要求临床医生准确分辨受邪经络,合理取穴及配穴,针刺手法精准.与传统针刺相比,针刺经络首尾穴治疗带状疱疹后神经痛具有得气迅捷、针入痛止、取穴精简的优势,临床疗效显著.本文结合临床病案对基于根结标本理论从循经取穴论治带状疱疹后神经痛进行介绍.
Abstract
Acupuncture at the head and tail points of the meridians is one of the main means to treat post-herpetic neural-gia.It is based on the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and combines the theory of meridian differentiation,acupoint selec-tion along the meridians,and root node specimen.In clinical practice,clinicians are required to accurately identify the pathogenic meridians,select and match the acupoints properly,and acupuncture techniques are accurate.Compared with traditional acupunc-ture,acupuncture at the head and tail points of the meridians has its unique advantages in the treatment of post-herpetic neural-gia,and its clinical effect is significant.This paper introduces the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia from acupoint selection a-long the meridian based on the theory of root node specimen combined with clinical cases.
