基于"浊邪害清"元整体观探析抑郁症的辨清浊施治

摘要
治病必求于本,本于一气升降出入,阴阳清浊的运动变化.基于气一元论指导下的元整体观探析浊邪害清理论在抑郁症诊疗中的应用,正是遵循治病求本的原则.元整体观视域下的浊邪害清理论强调了浊邪对抑郁症病理变化的主导作用,从清浊诊疗抑郁症,明确了浊邪害清,清浊相干,阴阳逆乱,浊化成邪为抑郁症病变基始,由此基始而浊邪转进,浊酝生毒,邪转成毒,邪毒伏蕴,毒害神志为抑郁症病变加剧.辨以清浊,治以升降,本于一气,化浊解毒,抑郁病消.
Abstract
The treatment of diseases must be based on the origin,which is the movement and changes of the ascending and descending qi,the clearing and turbidity of yin and yang.The application of the theory of turbid evil harming the clear in the diag-nosis and treatment of depression is exactly following the principle of seeking the root of the disease.The theory of turbid evil har-ming and clearing from the perspective of the metaholism emphasizes the dominant role of turbid evil in the pathological changes of depression.From the diagnosis and treatment of depression,it is clear that turbid evil harms and clears,the correlation between clear and turbid,the disorder of yin and yang,and the transformation of turbid into evil are the starting points of depression.From this starting point,turbid evil turns into evil,turbid brewing produces poison,evil turns into poison,evil toxin accumulates,and toxic consciousness intensifies depression.Distinguishing from turbidity,treating with ascending and descending,based on one qi,resolving turbidity and detoxifying,and resolving depression.
