气化理论指导下构建药物气化模型

目的:基于气化理论构建药物气化模型,指导临床遣方用药.方法:以气化理论为指导,借助于药物性味药理,并结合法象药理,分别从药物气味偏性及升降沉浮运动特性进行阐释,构建药物气化模型.结果:中药所具备天气赋予的"温热寒凉"及地气赋予的"酸苦辛甘咸"特性,以升降出入运动形式分达五脏之气所,纠正人体气机之偏,此即药物气化.该模型强调了气的动态性,旨在维护五脏间平衡关系,调理阴阳升降之势,为临证遣方用药提供了思路.结论:气化理论是中医理论的核心和基础,为后世医家提供基本的中医思维方式,并对疾病预测及指导中医辨证具有极大意义.
The model of medical Qi movement constructed under the guidance of Qi movement theory
Objective:To establish a model of medical Qi movement based on the theory of Qi movement,and to guide clini-cal prescription drug use.Methods:Guided by the Qi movement theory,with the help of pharmaceutical flavor pharmacology and pharmacological method state theory,the herb odor bias and movement characteristics of ascending and descending movement were explained respectively,and the medical Qi movement model was constructed.Results:The characteristics of"warm,hot,cold and cool"endowed by weather and"bitter,bitter,sweet and salty"endowed by earth atmosphere in TCM reached the Qi station of the five internal organs in the form of ascending and descending movement to adjust the deviation of human body Qi movement,which is called medical Qi movement.The model emphasizes the dynamic nature of Qi,aims to maintain the balance between the five internal organs,regulate the fluctuation of Yin and Yang,and provides a way of thinking for dispensing medicine in the presence of syndrome the use of medicine.Conclusion:The Qi movement is the core and foundation of TCM theory,which provides the basic TCM thinking mode for later doctors and has great significance for disease prediction and TCM syndrome differ-entiation.
