The Clinical Observation of Xiaozhang Zhitong Ingot on anal distension and Pain after oPeration of mixed hemor-rhoids
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaozhang Zhitong Ingot on Anal distension and pain after operation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Select in Patients from January 2021to August 2022.120Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,60Patients in each group.The treatment group was given Xiaozhang Zhitong Ingot by rectal administration,and the control group was given compound carrageenan fatty acid by rectal ad-ministration.The scores of anal distension,pain,edema,depression,anxiety,hospitalization time,wound healing time,anorec-tal manometry,Pelvic floor surface electromyography and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of anal edema,distension,Pain,depression and anxiety in the treatment group at 3,5and 7days after operation were sig-nificantly relieved compared with those in the control group(P＜0.01).The hospitalization time in the treatment group were shor-ter than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the wound healing time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.01).The pelvic floor electromyography and anorectal pressure in the treatment group did not change significantly before and after operation(P＞0.05),while the initial sensation threshold,defecation sensation threshold,the maximum tolerance threshold was higher than that before operation(P＜0.01),and the length of the canal increasesand(P＜0.05),the rectal systolic pressure decreased significantly during forced defecation(P＜0.01).In the surface electromyography measurement,there was no statistically significant difference between the patients in the treatment group at rest stage,rapid con-traction stage,tension contraction stage,endurance contraction stage,and post rest stage 7days before and after the operation(P＞0.05),but there was a significant reduction in the control group at 7days after the operation(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The rectal administration of Xiaozhang Zhitong Ingot has obvious effect on the pain of anal distension after the operation of mixed hemor-rhoids.It can relieve the anxiety and tension of patients after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids,shorten the hospital stay,pro-mote the healing of postoperative wounds,and has no obvious adverse reactions.The operation is simple and convenient,which is worthy of clinical application.
