摘要
目的:观察经验方孔定黑白煎对肝肾阴虚型顽固性鼻出血的临床疗效.方法:收集绵阳市中医医院耳鼻喉科及肺病科门诊顽固性鼻出血患者,辨证为肝肾阴虚者予孔定黑白煎口服2周,根据患者有无顽固性鼻出血相关疾病将患者分为2组,分别于服药1周、2周及3月后进行随访.结果:服药3月后随访,具有顽固性鼻出血相关原发病者14例,有效13例,无效1例,;无顽固性鼻出血相关原发病的患者共16例,有效15例,无效1例,采用Fisher确切概率法检验P＞0.05,两组比较无统计学差异.服药1周血止者12例,服药两周血止者11例.随访3月治愈23例,占76.67％;好转5例,占16.67％;未愈2例,占6.67％;总有效率93.33％.结论:经验方孔定黑白煎对肝肾阴虚型顽固性鼻出血治疗效果显著,无论有无顽固性鼻出血皆有疗效,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Li's self-made formula which is called Heibaijian in In-tractable epistaxis with liver and kidney Yin deficiency type.Method:Collected the outpatients with Intractable epistaxis from the department of ENT and Respiratory and treated the people who was thought to be the liver and kidney Yin deficiency type with Heibaijian for 2weeks.The patients were followed up after 1week,2weeks and 3months.Result:There were 12patients stopping bleeding in 1week,and 11people in 2weeks.Followed up for 3months,23patients(76.86％)were cured,5cases(16.67％)got better,and only 2case(6.67％)failed,total effective rate of heibaijian treating Intractable epistaxis amounted to 93.33％.Conclusion:Clinical curative effect of Heibaijian is remarkable and it is worth for clinical use.
