Effects of shenan decoction on urinary microalbumin, microinflammatory state and insulin resistance in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)
Objective:To explore the effects of shenan decoction on urinary microalbumin(m-UALB),microinflammatory state and insulin resistance in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Meth-ods:94patients with diabetic nephropathy(qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)treated in the hospital from October 2020to October 2022were selected as observation subjects, and were divided into observation group and control group by block randomized method, with 47cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment measure, and the observation group was supplemented with shenan decoction on this basis.TCM syndromes scores, urinary proteins levels[m-UALB,urinary albumin creatinine ratio(UACR)],serum inflammatory indicators[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-22(IL-22),inter-leukin-1β(IL-1β)],insulin resistance[fasting insulin(FIN),fasting blood glucose(FBG)]and renal function[serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 3months of treatment. Results:After 3months of treatment, the TCM syndromes scores and levels of m-UALB,UACR,serum IL-6,IL-22,IL-1β,FIN,FBG,SCr and BUN in both groups were significantly decreased, and the scores and levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:shenan decoction can effectively improve the urinary proteins and insulin resistance symptoms, and inhibit the productions of inflammatory mediators in patients with early diabetic nephropathy, and it has the clinical promotion value.
