温清汤联合克痤隐酮凝胶治疗上热下寒型痤疮临床疗效观察
Clinical observation of Wenqing Tang combined with Kecuocryptone gel in the treatment of acne of upper heat and lower cold type

摘要
目的:观察温清汤联合克痤隐酮凝胶治疗上热下寒型痤疮的临床疗效及安全性.方法:采用随机、对照研究方法.入选病例120例,可评价疗效和安全性病例116例.对照组采用解毒散结胶囊口服;试验组采用温清汤颗粒口服;两组均外涂克痤隐酮凝胶,疗程4周.于用药4周后观察临床疗效、不良反应,2个月后观察复发情况.结果:试验组临床有效率为93.33％、对照组临床有效率为82.14％,试验组优于对照组(P＜0.05);兼症变化方面,试验组较对照组显著改善(P＜0.05).试验组复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组均未见明显的不良反应.结论:温清汤联合克痤隐酮凝胶治疗上热下寒型痤疮临床疗效高,安全可靠,复发率低.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenqing Tang combined with Kecuocryptone gel in the treatment of acne of upper heat and lower cold type.Method:A randomized,controlled study method was used.120cases were se-lected,and 116cases were evaluated for efficacy and safety.The control group was orally administered with Jiedu Sanjie capsules;The experimental group received Wenqing Tang granules orally;Both groups were externally applied with Kecuocryptone gel for 4weeks.Observe the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions after 4weeks of medication,and observe the recurrence situation 2months later.Result:The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33％,while the clinical effective rate of the control group was 82.14％.The experimental group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05);In terms of symptomatic chan-ges,the experimental group showed significant improvement compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:Wenqing Decoction combined with Kecuocryptone gel has high clinical efficacy,safety and reliability,and low recurrence rate in the treatment of acne of upper heat and lower cold type.
