Exploration on the application value and action mechanism of Qingyi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreati-tis related lung injury based on changes of PI3K/PKB signaling pathways
Objective:To explore the application value and action mechanism of Qingyi Decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis related lung injury based on the changes of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases(PI3K)/phosphorylated protein kinase B(PKB)signaling pathways.Methods:A total of 98patients with acute pancreatitis related lung injury admitted to the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and study group between August 2020and November 2022,49cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while study group was additionally treated with Qingyi Decoc-tion.Both were treated for 2weeks.The clinical curative effect,gastrointestinal recovery(fever,abdominal distension and pain,nausea and vomiting,bowel sound),blood oxygen indexes[oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),oxygenation index(OI)],sero-logical indexes[amylase(AMY),lipase(LPS),P13K,PKB],quality of life[Core Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30)]and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,total response rate in study group was higher than that in control group(91.84%vs 73.47%,P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal symptoms(fever,abdominal distension and pain,nausea and vomiting,bowel sound)in study group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05),levels of PaO2 and OI were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),levels of AMY,LPS,PI3K and PKB were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and QLQ-C30score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant serious adverse reactions in either group,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Qingyi Decoction is good on acute pancreatitis re-lated lung injury,which can effectively relieve symptoms and improve quality of life,with high medication safety.The inhibition of PI3K/PKB signaling pathways activation is one of the main mechanisms of action.
