Based on oxidative stress and renal fibrosis indicators to analyze the effectiveness of Yiqi Ziyin Huayu Tongluo de-coction in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin
Objective:To analyze the effect of Yiqi Ziyin Huayu Tongluo Decoction in treating IgA nephropathy with deficien-cy of both Qi and Yin on oxidative stress indexes and renal fibrosis indexes.Methods:84patients with IgA nephropathy of Qi and Yin deficiency type were collected and randomly divided into a control group(42cases,basic treatment)and a research group(42cases,basic treatment+Yiqi Ziyin Huayu Tongluo prescription),and the efficacy was evaluated.The patient's cubital venous blood was measured for serum oxidative stress indicators.[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],renal fi-brosis indicators[hyaluronidase(HA),laminin(LN)],renal function indicators[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creati-nine(Scr)],Adverse reactions such as dizziness,headache,nausea and vomiting,and lethargy were recorded during the treat-ment.Results:Compared with the total effective rate of treatment,the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum SOD level of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the MDA level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);HA and LN were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of BUN and Scr in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,and lethargy among the groups Scientific significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using Yiqi Ziyin Huayu Tongluo Decoction to treat IgA nephropathy can reduce the oxidative stress response of patients,delay the process of renal fibrosis,improve renal function signifi-cantly,and have outstanding overall curative effect and high safety.
