Chen Wei-liang's experience in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis based on the theory of volatile blood stasis in the bones
The clinical experience of Professor Chen Weiliang in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis based on the theory of ambulatory stasis in the bone is summarised. It is believed that the theory of amblyopia is an extension of the theory of amblyopia in orthopaedics and traumatology.Through a large number of clinical experiences and studies of classical texts,it is found that am-blyopia with deficiency heat, amblyopia with cold and dampness, and amblyopia with stagnant blood are the key amblyopia in os-teoporosis,and it is proposed that women's disease in osteoporosis focuses on the spleen and the stomach.Clinical treatment is of-ten based on the basic treatment of raising blood stasis and transmitting evils, with the spleen and stomach qi and blood as the core, and the concurrent use of blood activation, diuresis, and heat purification, with a view to raising and transmitting the ambi-ent evils, promoting the dispersion of qi and blood, filling in the marrow and nourishing the bones, and slowing down the loss of bone mass.
