赵文景教授运用栝楼瞿麦丸类方治疗糖尿病合并再发性下尿路感染经验

摘要
糖尿病合并再发性下尿路感染迁延难愈,常对多种抗生素耐药,治疗困难,极大影响了患者的身体健康及生活质量.赵文景教授认为糖尿病合并再发性下尿路感染的病机主要为肾阳亏虚,肾-命门-三焦气化失司,从阳虚为本、阳不化气出发,基于"肾—命门—三焦气化"理论,探讨运用栝楼瞿麦丸类方培补命门、调理肾、膀胱与三焦的功能以复气化,随证选用泻心栝楼瞿麦丸、补中栝楼瞿麦丸、化瘀栝楼瞿麦丸、解郁栝楼瞿麦丸、温下栝楼瞿麦丸等进行治疗,以期为中医药诊治糖尿病合并再发性下尿路感染提供新思路.
Abstract
Diabetes mellitus combined with recurrent lower urinary tract infection is persistent,often resistant to antibiotics,and difficult to treat,which greatly affects the patient's health and quality of life,and Chinese medicine treatment is promising.Professor Zhao Wenjing believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus combined with recurrent lower urinary tract infection is kidney Yang deficiency,and the dysfunction of qi transformation in kidney-mingmen-sanjiao.Starting from yang de-ficiency and Yang does not transform Qi,and based on the theory of"kidney-mingmen-sanjiao Qi Transformation",to discuss eplenishing fire from mingmen and regulating the functions of the kidney,bladder and sanjiao in order to restore Qi transformation by using Gualou Qumai Wan analogous prescriptions.Chose Xiexin Gualou Qumai Wan,Buzhong Gualou Qumai Wan,Huayv Gualou Qumai Wan,Jieyv Gualou Qumai Wan,and Wenxia Gualou Qumai Wan according to the actual situation,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with recurrent lower urinary tract infection by tra-ditional Chinese medicine.
