摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术探讨张怀亮教授治疗眩晕病的用药规律.方法:收集张怀亮教授2019年6月～2023年8月诊治的眩晕病患者的门诊中药处方数据,将筛选出的显效处方应用Excel建立数据库.运用SPSS软件、中医传承计算平台对中药处方进行多维度的数据挖掘.结果:共纳入326首处方,涉及中药170味.经分析后发现排名前10的高频药物以清金制木、柔肝养血为主;高频性味分别为温、平、甘、苦;归经频次较高的为脾、肝;功效以补虚类、清热类为主;药物关联有"白芍-黄芩""茯苓-黄芩"等;聚类分析演化出4个药物群组.结论:张怀亮教授认为眩晕病的治疗若在气分,宜从条畅六腑三焦气机为辨证要点,以痰湿、相火、气滞为主要的病理因素;若在血分,宜从肝、脾、肾三脏论治,痰湿、相火、气滞、血瘀等因素可与本虚相兼.在治疗上,祛邪应不忘扶正,降中有升,寓补于泻,可为眩晕的临床治疗提供一定参考.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication patterns of Professor Zhang Huailiang in the treatment of dizziness based on data mining technology.Method:Collect outpatient Chinese medicine prescription data of dizziness patients treated by Professor Zhang Huailiang from June 2019to August 2023,and use Excel to establish a database of the selected effective prescriptions.Use SPSS software,traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform,etc.to conduct multidimensional data mining on tra-ditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Result:A total of 326prescriptions were included,involving 170traditional Chinese medi-cines.After analysis,it was found that the top 10high-frequency drugs are mainly Qingjin Zhimu,Rougan Yangxue;The high-frequency flavors are warm,flat,sweet,and bitter respectively;The spleen and liver have a higher frequency of meridian return;The efficacy mainly focuses on tonifying deficiency and clearing heat;Drug associations include"White Peony Scutellaria ba-icalensis"and"Poria cocos Scutellaria baicalensis";Cluster analysis has evolved into four drug groups.Conclusion:Professor Zhang Huailiang believes that if the treatment of dizziness is based on the differentiation of qi,it is advisable to focus on the Qi mechanism of the six organs and three jiao,with phlegm dampness,phase fire,and qi stagnation as the main pathological factors;In terms of blood classification,it is advisable to treat it from the three organs of liver,spleen,and kidney.Factors such as phlegm dampness,phase fire,qi stagnation,and blood stasis are combined with the deficiency of the root.In terms of treatment,dispelling evil without forgetting to support the right,there is an increase in the middle of the descending,and the combination of tonifying and purging can provide a certain reference for the clinical treatment of dizziness.
