"从阴引阳,从阳引阴"在药物应用中之体会

摘要
自《素问·阴阳应象大论》提出"从阴引阳,从阳引阴"的概念后,后世医家多运用此理论以指导针刺治疗由阴阳失和引起的一系列病证.而张介宾独出心裁提出"从阴引阳,从阳引阴"亦为用药之理,并举出"求汗于血,生气于精"、"引火归元,纳气归肾"等法则,今仅就张介宾"从阴引阳,从阳引阴"中用药之理浅谈个人体会.
Abstract
Since the concept of"drawing yang from yin and yin from yang"was introduced in Su Wen-Yin Yang Ying Xiang Da Lun,later medical practitioners have used this theory to guide acupuncture in the treatment of a series of illnesses caused by the disharmony of yin and yang.Zhang Jiebin's original idea of"drawing yang from yin and yin from yang"was also the theory of medicine,and he cited such rules as"seek sweat from blood,get qi from essence"and"drawing fire back to the yuan,and return qi to the kidney".In this paper,I will only talk about my personal experience of Zhang Jiebin's"drawing yang from yin and yin from yang"approach to medicine.
