基于肠道菌群"代谢障碍-炎症微环境"与"阳化气-阴成形"交互关系论治糖尿病

摘要
糖尿病在中医学中归属为"消渴"范畴,随着现代社会的不断发展,自然气候的演变及生活方式的综合影响下,阴虚燥热已经不足以充分阐释当代消渴病的病机,基于此建立的上中下三消辨证体系及治法也存在一定的局限性."阳化气阴成形"理论源自《黄帝内经》,指导消渴有深远的中医学背景及临床实践.现代医学在糖尿病的发生发展研究中,越来越重视肠道菌群与宿主的交互作用.本文通过肠道菌群"代谢障碍-炎症微环境"与"阳化气-阴成形"的交互关系探讨糖尿病的发病机制,以期揭示中医药调节机体内环境稳态,防治糖尿病科学内涵,为进一步开展分子生物学研究提供理论基础.
Abstract
Diabetes is classified into the category of"collateral"in Traditional Chinese medicine.With the continuous de-velopment of modern society,the evolution of natural climate and the comprehensive influence of lifestyle,Yin desiccated heat is no longer enough to fully explain the pathogenesis of contemporary thirst disease.The upper,middle and lower three elimination di-alectic system and its treatment method have some limitations.The theory of"Yang Qi-Yin shaping"is originated from the Huangdi Neijing,which has a profound background and clinical practice in Traditional Chinese medicine to guide quenching thirst.The inter-action between intestinal flora and host has been paid more and more attention in modern medicine in the development of diabetes.This paper starts from a new perspective and explores the pathogenesis of diabetes through the interaction between intestinal microen-vironment and"Yang Qi-Yin shaping",so as to reveal the scientific connotation of TCM regulating homeostatic state of the body and preventing and treating diabetes,and provide a theoretical basis for further molecular biology research.
