Effect of Erding Erxian Decoction Combined with ciprofloxacin on immune response in patients with pyelonephritis
Objective:to explore the effect of Erding Erxian Decoction Combined with ciprofloxacin on immune response function of patients with pyelonephritis.Methods:148patients with pyelonephritis in our hospital from July 2022to July 2023were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into ciprofloxacin group and combined treatment group with 74cases in each group.Ciprofloxacin group was treated with ciprofloxacin,and the combined treatment group was treated with Erding Erxian Decoction on the basis of ciprofloxacin group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs,quality of life,TCM symp-tom score and treatment effect of the two groups were observed;the levels of serum creatinine(SCR)and urea nitrogen(BUN)were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer;inflammatory factor interleukin-6(IL-6)were detected by enzyme-linked im-munosorbent assay(ELISA)The levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were detected;the levels of serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG and IgM were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:Compared with ciprofloxacin group,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs in the combined treatment group was shorter(P＜0.05).Compared with ciprofloxacin group,SCR,bun,IL-6,IL-17,TNF-α levels and TCM syndrome score of combined treatment group were lower(P＜0.05).Compared with ciprofloxacin group,the levels of immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM,quality of life score and total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group were higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Erding Erxian Decoction Combined with ciprofloxacin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with pyelonephritis and en-hance the immune response function,which can be used in the treatment of this disease.
